2024 Elections: John Mahama will be President again – Otumfuo’s sub-chief

The sub-chief of Asantehene, Nana Kwame Mensah-Bonsu, has tipped former President John Dramani Mahama to win back power come December 7 2024.

According to the Chief, he foresees John Mahama recapturing power from the inept NPP government thus absolutely nothing could halt the former President to ascend to the highest throne of the land again.

Nana Kwame Mensah-Bonsu, the Otumfuo’s Ahenenanahene who hails from the Ashanti Region, the world Bank of the incumbent New Patriotic Party (NPP) reiterated that, the former President John Mahama will cocksurely recapture power and turn the fortunes of the country because the economic hardships under the NPP is unbearable.

He made the comments when interacting with Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah, host of the Angel Morning Show on Angel 102.9 FM which was also live on Angel TV.

A clear and vivid perspective from a loyal staunch supporter, the Ahenenanahene admitted casting his vote for president Nana Akuffo-Addo but expressed total disappointments in how the NPP is steering the affairs of the country.

Touching on who should be the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) running mate, Nana Kwame Mensah-Bonsu disclosed that the former Local Government and Rural Development Minister, Kwasi Oppong Fosu ought to be the right person to partner John Mahama for a smooth win for the NDC come 2024.

“In the spirit of unity, I earnestly implore John Mahama to consider Asante man for his running mate [and] a personal recommendation, driven by genuine interest,” he said.
