The Ghana Police Service have confirmed the death of a police officer, who is believed to have been shot down by unknown causes.
The late police officer, Abdul Rashid, who until his demise worked with the Counter Terrorism Directorate was found dead with a gunshot wound at his residence at Abeka Lapaz.
The Police say they have begun investigations and the deceased Shakira Nasir, 21, is in police custody assisting with investigations.
