The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will today, Monday, 24 December 2018 begin to vet individuals who have filed to contest the Ayawaso West Wuogon primaries, which became vacant due to the demise of the former MP, Emmanuel Agyarko.
The by elections is penciled to take place on Friday, 28 December 2018.
So far three candidates namely, Mr Delali Kwasi Brempong, Mr Ekow Acquah, and Ms Donna Selassie Agbo are thought to remain in the race. Two other candidates, actor John Dumelo, and Ewoenam Attidokpo who also picked nominations forms later pulled out of the race on personal reasons.
