The Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO) has secured a High Court order to confiscate all known properties of the troubled CEO of Menzgold Company Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah.
A statement by EOCO requests all persons including employees of affected companies with properties belonging to NAM 1 to submit them to the EOCO office or will constitute a contempt of court.
