Ghana seeks support for e-management of public and archival records

The Senior Minister, Mr Yaw Osafo-Maafo, is leading a five-member government delegation to China to seek financial and technical support for the establishment of an e-records management system for the country.

The project, if implemented, would enable the Public Records and Archives Administration Department to provide digital and electronic services to its clients.

The project forms part of the programmes under the public Sector

Reforms Strategy of 2018 to 2023.

This was in a news release from the Office of the Senior Minister, a copy of which was made available to the Ghana News Agency.

The delegation, which is expected to be in China for five days, would hold discussions with officials of Beijing Global Safety Technology   Company Limited for the implementation of the project.
